How is my privacy/security protected?

Alltech Portal Pty. Ltd. (“Alltech”) stores your personal information in accordance with strict security procedures.

This payment gateway uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure personal details are not intercepted on transmission to our equipment. This does not however protect you from data-mining software running on your local machine from accessing your data. It is your own responsibility to ensure that appropriate virus removal software is installed and a secure browser is used to access alltechportal.com.

What are the shipping/delivery costs?

All purchases will be delivered overnight in most cases via Australia Post E-Parcel system or within five business days of your order being processed.

The costs associated with delivery of purchases will be $6.50 including GST. An order is for one customer at one delivery address and can be for a number of individual items for that customer. Multiple purchases will be bundled together to reduce freight charges.

No additional charges will be applied to this order.

Pre-orders
Orders that are available at the time of order placement will be bundled as one delivery item for the shipping fee of $6.50. When orders are placed with a pre-order component this will be an extra shipping fee of $6.50 and will be shipped when the item becomes available.

When do you collect information from me?

Alltech will only collect personal information where the information is necessary for Alltech to provide its service to its clients.

Alltech will not collect sensitive information from individuals except with consent and only where it is necessary for Alltech to engage its clients in promotional and/or marketing activities.

Registered Members – why become a member?

The benefits of registration to our customers are that you will be entered into a monthly draw for a free flash drive/memory stick. One per month will be drawn.

This draw will be conducted at Alltech Portal’s discretion. No correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified via email.

Is my personal information shared to other parties?

Alltech will not disclose any sensitive personal information that includes but not limited to confidential payment details to any other persons or organization without your consent unless Alltech is required or authorised by law to do so. Alltech may be required by law enforcement, judicial or government authorities to provide your personal information. If requested we will provide this information upon receipt of the appropriate documentation.

Do you store my credit card information?

Your credit card information may be stored under the following circumstances:

  • for up to 21 days after transaction has been completed in order to administer refunds;
  • Alltech have detected that the credit card provided has been reported as stolen or is fraudulent and are required to hold the details for legal purposes.

In all the cases above, credit card details will be stored in a high security database as encrypted data and cannot be viewed. Your credit card information will be automatically deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Alltech’s product manufacturers have their own support network in dealing with complaints and warranty issues relating to their products.

If a warranty issue arises, Alltech will honour a return policy and/or refund all monies to the account that had purchased items/goods. Returns must be received by Alltech within seven (7) days of original receipt of purchased goods.

Please email admin (at) alltechportal.com with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email at admin (at) alltechportal.com with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within ten working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

Warranties do not cover discs that are scratched through normal wear and tear or damaged in some way by the customer nor do they cover customers’ dissatisfaction with the product, only manufacturing faults.

Please note the following are no longer accepted: Cracked discs, scratched discs, missing discs, on-line only PC games.

Alltech operates according to strict quality control guidelines. In relation to returns of CD and DVD software, if the disc is damaged upon receipt by us, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.

Returns will be approved at Alltech’s discretion. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post and you must pre-pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia Post. Alltech reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.

You must email admin@alltechportal.com for a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). ATP will not take any responsibility for items returned that do not have an RAN number.
